What kind of stone was on the Prophet's ring? (Allah bless him and give him peace)

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
In The Name of Allah, Most Merciful and Compassionate
May Allah bless your engagement and grant you success (tawfiq) to follow His beloved messenger, Allah bless and grant him peace, in all your endeavors, outwardly and inwardly.
It is sunna for a man to wear one silver ring, with or without a stone, on his pinky finger. If it has a stone, it is sunna for it to face inwards towards his palm, out of emulation of the Prophet, Allah bless and grant him peace, who did this. He may wear it on the right or left hand, and according to the Shafi'i School the right is best. As for other than his pinky, the relied upon position is that it is offensive (makruh). This is the summary of what is in Tuhfah.1
I have not seen the jurists mention the size, color, or shape of the stone. However, they differ as to the weight of the ring itself. Some of them said that it is obligatory for it to be under one mithqal (4.235 grams) due to a prophetic tradition prohibiting this, but the scholars of hadith differed concerning it's authenticity. While others said that the ring's size may not exceed what was commonly acknowledged to be acceptable ('urf) for someone like him in his location. This second position is what Imam Ramli and al-Khatib, Allah have mercy on both of them, said was the relied upon position,2 but it would be more scrupulous to avoid the difference of opinion and wear a ring that was less than 4.235 grams.
As for the ring of our beloved prophet, Muhammad, Allah bless and grant him peace; Muslim relates on the authority of Anas Bin Malik, Allah be pleased with him, that Allah's Messenger, peace and blessing be upon him, wore a sliver ring on his right hand, in it was an Abyssinian stone and he used to make the stone face his palm.3
Imam al-Nawawi said in his commentary on Sahih Muslim: "The scholars say ... an Abyssinian stone means a stone of onyx [ in which there is whiteness and blackness] or carnelian ('aqiq) because their mines are in Abyssinia and Yemen, or it is said [it means] that it's color was Abyssinian (i.e. black)."4 Some of the scholars among them al-Suyuti also said that Abyssinian means a kind of chrysolite with a greenish color which exists in the lands of the Abyssinians.5 This prophetic tradition is rigorously authenticated and one explanation for an Abyssinian stone is that it was carnelian ('aqiq), but it should be noted that there are no prophetic traditions which have been authenticated stating that the prophet, Allah bless and grant him peace, wore a carnelian ring. Shaykh Abdullah al-Lahji said in his commentary on al-Nabahani's Shama'il: "Everything that has been transmitted of prophetic sayings concerning carnelian rings, indeed none of it is authenticated; even if it's chains of transmission are numerous as the Hafiz Ibn Rajab said [Allah have mercy on him]."6

So whether you get engaged or not, intend by wearing a ring emulation of the Prophet Muhammad, Allah bless and grant him peace. If you choose to wear a carnelian ('aqiq) ring, make the basis of that decision the aforementioned rigorously authenticated (sahih) tradition related by Muslim and others, in which one sound interpretation of an Abyssinian stone was carnelian. And Allah knows best and He alone gives success (tawfiq).

Gemstones in islam

Stones have had a place in different religions for thousands of years. The Bible refers to the twelve stones set in the breastplate of the high priest symbolizing the twelve tribes of Israel. In the Book of Revelations, there is a mention of twelve stones as the foundation stones of the wall of New Jerusalem. Though the symbolism of each stone is open to speculation, churches use most of these stones in one form or another, since the inception of Christianity. Precious stones adorn the tiara and miter of the Pope and Bishops as well as the shrines and icons found in Christian churches.

Temples and places of worship of all religions were and still are adorned with stones, as signified particularly by Moonstones in India, Malachite and Azurite in Egypt, Agates in Rome, Jade in China, Crystal in Japan, Turquoise in Persia (Iran), Amethyst wherever Christianity developed in Europe, and the Black Stone of al-Ka'bah, the House of Allah on earth, in Makkah. The Prophet, as well as the Infallible embraced the stone and so were the companions advised to do the same. The advice to Muslims is to salute the Black Stone as they pass by, as the sacred stone will register the salutation and witness on the Final Day. The stone is therefore, conscious.

In Islam, a tradition states that Ali (AS) used to wear four rings on his hand - Opal (Yaqut) for beauty and dignity; Turquoise (Feruz) for obtaining divine help and victory; Hadid Thin for strength, and Carnelian (Aqiq) to protect himself from enemies and all types of misfortunes. The religion Islam has strongly recommended its followers to wear rings made from different stones, as a way to increase faith, piety, and endurance. The stones of Aqiq, Feruz and so forth have been specifically recommended by the Prophet (S) himself to wear them at all times, and especially during prayer.

Stones have unlimited practical and medicinal properties. Besides Muslim scholars, many other researchers in other religions wrote of stones as a form of medicine. The ecclesiastical writers compiled the first major treatises on healing with stones. The use of stones for healing was carried out in different ways. At times, the mere presence of the stone was sufficient to affect a cure. At other times, the stone afflicted part of the body and sometimes the stone was powdered and eaten.

In any case, the theory follows that gemstones carry vibrational rates. By placing these higher vibrations of fields of energy within the human energy system - his or her energy's vibrational rate and information within the energy also, change for the better. They are also wonderful resonators. Often the effects are indirect but very potent. Other times, the effects are very specific, direct and repeatable. The vibrational qualities of the gemstones can further help achieve balance and awareness on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels (Morse, 2000), quoting Alice, (1996). Of course, different stones have been reported to have different effects on the person wearing it, and the persons nearby.

The energy of each such element creates an energy exchange when touching or in close proximity to the body. The above therapy and prevention of illness works through two methods. The spherical gemstone is a living container of sound and light energy that can transmit to other living beings by entering the energy field. Each gemstone has a unique rhythm, character, substance and magnetism, and so has different therapeutic properties. Therefore, wearing Aqiq, Feruz rings do not only qualify Muslims as being among the pious group, their physical and spiritual benefits create within us powerful and highly charged energy. Undoubtedly, most of these holy stones have within them pure and unadulterated info-energy as well.

Further, because these gemstones have the ability to assimilate and neutralize all the low-charge energy and unfavorable information within the energy we make contact with; the prescription to Muslims to wear such stones is therefore a medical necessity. We often collect stress and other's emotions throughout the day, and this blocked nature of our energy, if left untreated, can cause pain or chronic illness (Morse, 2000). The stones help one maintain a free flowing field of energy. The powerful beads mentioned later, the ones used in research often contain such stones within them, and people wear them as necklaces. In many instances, during an affliction, the Aqiq stone seems to take in, absorb into itself most of the negative energy in the environment, and even break into pieces. Such stones are not used again as their powerful nature have been utilized.

Finally, and as we shall observe, it is possible that specific gemstones have specific health benefits because each stone has its own definite reaction on the person's specific energy center. For example, the relationship between Turquoise and fertility is explored later. As noted in earlier sections, Allah, the Most High Himself, may have also established this healthy relationship. For instance:

Aqiq (stone) protects Shia from unjust rulers and from everything else, which causes fear.
(Amali of Tusi - Volume 1, Page 36)

This means that the stone recognizes a Shia of Ali and produces strong energy fields that block adulterated nearby sources of energy. This is why Muslims have been advised to keep their rings in one place at all times when they are not wearing the stones - this way the energy that is absorbed and released from such stones surround themselves within the stone.

Islamic Gemstones

Carnelian, Aqiq is the most important stone in Islam and the most favorite stone of the Prophet, the Infallible and his followers. Besides the stone being the first stone to affirm the existence and unity of Allah (SWT), it also confessed the Prophethood of Muhammad (S), the caliphate of Ali (AS), and confirmed Paradise for the friends and followers of Ali (AS). There are also mountains made of carnelian in Paradise that shed the palaces of the Prophet (S). The carnelian, Aqiq stone has a sincere love for Allah and the Ahlul-Bayt (AS). As we now know, Carnelian and all other stones constantly glorify Allah and recite the formula - There is no God, but Allah! As we now are fully aware, stones are living and they conversed with the Prophet (S).

Carnelian has a sincere love of Ali because the creation of this stone was from the energy of Ali emanating from his blessed face. The Prophet has said that Allah once remarked:

O Ahmad, I created you and Ali from My own light, and I created these two mountains from the light of Ali's face.
This stone has several healing properties in relation to the human energy. In Islam, whosoever wears the Aqiq stone signifies and finalizes his belief in Islam and is amongst the groups of pious people. Moreover, the info-energy of Aqiq also includes, besides others, its confession and confirmation of divine unity and relationship with Allah (SWT), the Most High, and Most Sublime.

The Carnelian stone balances creativity and mental processes. Historically, people used the stone to pull excess fever out through the feet. According to gemstone science, its color allows one to relax and helps to adopt a more positive outlook at life. This stone protects one from evil and unsteady energy, elevates the spirit, grounds low-charge and blocked fields of energy, thus assisting concentration and mental focus by clearing the mind and focusing one's thoughts - no wonder why the stone has been recommended to be worn during prayer.

Carnelian enhances mental clarity and positive emotions, promoting a brighter outlook and an appreciation for life lessons by teaching the individual to balance his or her higher and lower energy. According to the Gemisphere Luminary Therapy Guide (Katz and Hall, 1997), because of Carnelian's stirring and dislodging action, the stone is an excellent gemstone to use in preparation for and during an energycleansing program. The stone also releases sorrow, envy, fear, apathy, and rage, all at the info-energy level, which then translates in physical results.
A worthy note - the faithful believers are identified from wearing this stone and in ones prayer. He, the Almighty has said to Muhammad (S):

. I swear by My magnificence that I have created these two mountains (of Carnelian) to be a sign that is used to identify the believers. Moreover, I swore on Myself that I make it Haram to send to hell those who wear the Aqiq ring on their hands and follow Ali.
The Messenger of Allah (S) once told Ali Ibn Abi Talib (AS) to wear an Aqiq (agate) ring on his right hand because those who wear it have a quality that Allah has given to those who are close to Him.

In reports, Ali (AS) once asked the Prophet (S) as to who are those who are close to Allah? The Prophet (S) replied, Jibraeel, Mikaeel, and the angels between them. Ali (AS) asked, what kind of Aqiq should I wear? The Prophet (S) replied:

Choose the red Aqiq because the mountain of the red Aqiq testified that there is no god but Allah, that I am the Messenger of Allah, that you are my heir, that your sons are the Imams, your Shia will go to Paradise, and that those who hate them will go to Hell.
(Manaqib al-Khawarezmi - Page 233. Manaqib al-Mughazeli - Page 281. al-Umadah - Page 378)
Opal, Yaqut is another stone that Muslims have been wearing throughout centuries. Gemstone therapists use Opal to see all the possibilities in a situation and find it very freeing when blocked in a situation. Gemstone science has even attributed Opal stone for protection against anger and for calming one's nerves. The stone also aids inner beauty, faithfulness, and eyesight. During the middle ages, Opals helped women to relax during childbirth. Once again, it is highly possible that the info-energy and vibrant nature of this energy within the stone helps stabilize and balance the blocked, unstable and painful info-energy produced during childbirth because of pain. Suffice to say that menstruating women should wear this stone to relieve the pain and sufferings of menstruation.

Turquoise, Feruz is a stone favored by many Muslims, and native people around the world have used it for centuries. People have used it for protection, healing, good luck, and longevity. It is enormously absorptive. The Turquoise stone will grow pale on a sickly person and recover its color when returned to a healthy person. This is clear evidence that the stone, amongst other things, does play a major role in the health and spiritual growth of a person, in particular balancing one's energy fields, neutralizing blocked energy, and makes it difficult the entry of adulterated energy from nearby sources.

Ancient people have employed this stone to promote meditation. According to Poole (1999), this stone is highly valuable for its ability to dissipate negativity from outside sources and aids in friendship, mental relaxation, and the respiratory system.

Many such stones are linked to good health. The Infallible (AS) further prescribed such stones as the Feruz to solve the problems of infertility. It is probable that the stone may lead to normalization of proceedings that result in fertility in men and women. The first Chakra (energy center) is in the sexual organs at the base of the spine and the energy released from this stone may have a direct effect on this energy center that is associated with increased sexual performance and reproduction.

It is said that reciting blessings on Muhammad and his Pure Infallible progeny alleviates anger episodes, stimulates memory and one should recite these blessings whenever in a situation he has forgotten something. The scholars of Islam have used this technique for centuries. Reciting Adhan and Iqamah - a Muslims call to prayer, where the glorification of Allah and the leadership of the Prophet and Ali is testified - recited on the ears of a newly born baby.

A case in point, it is said (based on the following tradition by the Prophet (S) that whatever stone Ali walks on become Durre Najaf - the Stone of Najaf al-Ashraf, and is infused with healing energy. The Prophet once said to Ali:

If there had not been the risk of people idolizing him as the Christians worship Prophet Isa, he would have made public such of your merits as would make people use the soil under your feet to cure their ailments and the water from the remainder of your WUDHU (ablution) in order to be cured. (Amali of Saduq - Page 86. Yanabi al- Mawaddah)
Further, Ali (AS) wore Hadid-Theen on his finger during all the wars. This is why his followers wear such a stone when nearing an oppressive ruler.

Similar explanations can be given to the relationship between trimming facial hair and good teeth hygiene, or improvement in eyesight from looking at the Carnelian stone or greenery, and so forth These aspects have yet to be scientifically studied, but the power and ability exists through normalization of energy centers (and information within these energy centers) surrounding a specific area. Moreover, these specific stones (with specific verses and invocations engraved) eliminate satanic possessions, evil eye, and ease of baby delivery for the mother.

Select your Gemstone
As we have observed, gemstones have within themselves an electrical reality that have the ability to interact with both the universal and the human energy system. These stones may act as a solid barrier and protect the individual's energy from harmful, unstable fields of energy. One can wear an Amethyst, for example, to strengthen the energy centers and make it less permeable. Several others soak up the dead and unfavorable energy.

However, research into gemstones has revealed vital information that not all gemstones are created equal (Brennan, 1987). Because each stone has its own vibratory rate, one should investigate and make sure the stone is the right one for him or her. If the stone is too strong, it will increase your vibrations and eventually deplete your field. On the other hand, a slightly stronger electrical field from the stone may enhance one's energy system. If you wear a stone that vibrates slower than your field, it will put a drag force on your energy and slow your vibrations down.

Purify your Gemstones

One of the most vital aspects of a therapeutic gemstone is its cleanliness and purity. Gemstones must be cleansed frequently to maintain their effectiveness because they tend to accumulate the negative energy you release in the process of healing or from nearby sources. This kind of accumulated energy with lower vibrations burdens the gemstone gradually inhibiting it, until it stops functioning completely. Daily cleansing of your gemstones and wearing the gemstones during prayer and other rituals will maintain their efficacy while providing you with the opportunity to complete the process of release (of the blocked and adulterated info-energy within your system). Storing these stones in one place has been noted.

May Allah the Almighty put Barakah (Blessing) and Noor (Light) and Kabul (Acceptance) in everything we say and we do.

May Allah guide us to the straight path, may Allah give us Light, Basira (vision), Wisdom, Comprehension, Understanding, Sincerity, Truthfulness, and the ability to see what's right and what's wrong.

May Allah Bless you all and may He turn all your noble thoughts, feelings, wishes and desires into reality. May He also endow you with a very long, happy, healthy and a fruitful life as He guides you on the path that He wishes us to travel upon..... Ameen

Remember the Grave

“O People, no prophet or apostle will come after me and no new faith will be born.  Reason well, therefore, O People, and understand words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the Quran and my example, the Sunnah and if you follow these you will never go astray.” [From the Final Sermon of Prophet Muhamamd ( peace and blessings be upon him)]
I was going to write a lengthy  introduction… but then again, there is no need as I will pass on to our reader Muhammad Elijah on the issue of dealing with Ahl-Ul_ Bidah ( People of Innovations).

Assalaamu ‘Alaikum waRahmatu(A)llaahi waBarakaatuh
Part 1
“People will bring evidence from the Sunnah insisting on the prophethood of others after Prophet Muhammad (saw)”
That is why, Knowledge of Sunnah and Knowledge of Arabic is so important.Ignorance of Sunnah and Ignorance of Arabic is pervasive even among educated Ahl-us-Sunnah brothers and sisters. Most of female Ahl-us-Sunnah scholars can only speak Arabic or Urdu. Many are justified to consider internet Haraam due to pornography.Qadiani or Bahai women on the other hand are well-educated in worldly terms to fluently speak English and use internet and interact with new Muslims, but their Ignorance of Sunnah and Ignorance of Arabic is apalling to the point of destruction of Qabr and Aakhirah.Muslimahs like you can do effective(InshaaAllaah) Da’wah and Du’aa for such women who at least ,in theory, profess claim to follow Qur’aan.
“However It is good to listen to others point of view.;) Sometimes!!! ”
I had read the following in the book Foundation of Sunnah by Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal rahimahu(A)llaah.
The prohibition of argumentation with the Ahlul-Bidah is a matter upon,
which there is unanimous agreement between the Salaf and likewise
turning away from them and avoiding their gatherings. Qaadee Aboo
Ya’laa (d. 333H) said in Hajarul-Mubtadi’, p. 32, “There is consensus
(Ijmaa) among the Sahaabah and the Taabi’een as regards dissociating
and cutting-off from the Innovators.”
There is a Du’aa:
Allaahumma Arinal Haqqa Haqqan waRzuqnaa Ittibaa’ah
waArinal Baatila Baatilan waRzuqnaJtinaabah
Yaa Allaah!Make us see Al-Haqq(The Truth) as Al-Haqq and give us Tawfeeq of Its Ittibaa’(Following it)
And Make us see Al-Baatil(The non-Truth) as Al-Baatil and give us Tawfeeq of Its Ijtinaab(Avoiding It)
May Allaah guide us all to the path of Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam and His As-haab radiyAllaahu ‘anhum as commanded by Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam in a Hadeeth recorded by Imaam Tirmidhi rahimahu(A)llaah.
Part 2
Tawaasi bil Haqq(commanded by Allaah in Soorah Al-’Asr to all Muslims) to Ahl-ul-Bid’ah is a duty that ‘Ulamaa of Ahl-us-Sunnah has performed throughout ages.
Ibn Taymiyah rahimahu(A)llaah, for example, wrote a Radd(refutation) of Rawaafid Ahl-ul-Bid’ah(Iranians for example) who balspheme Ameer-ul-Mu’mineen Abubakr radiyAllaahu ‘anhu who was with Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam in Ghaar(Cave) on the night of Hijrah(which started the Islamic calender) and this incident is a part of Qur’aan-ul-Hakeem, Ameer-ul-Mu’mineen ‘Umar bin Khattaab radiyAllaahu ‘anhu about whom Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam said that if it was possible for someone to BECOME a Nabi after me(Not that it was impossible for the only previous Nabi to DESCEND), He would have been ‘Umar, and Ameer-ul-Mu’mineen ‘Uthmaan bin ‘Affaan radiyAllaahu ‘anhu who became a Shaheed(Martyr) while doing Tilaawah(recitation) of Qur’aan-ul-Hakeem.
What we should do when the Knowledge of Arabic and Sunnah of Ahl-us-Sunnah(Most Muslims on the planet, sects have always remained a minority in Islam) themselves is limited?
We should encourage Ahl-us-Sunnah to acquire Knowledge of Arabic and Sunnah by remaining in close contact with, and learning from ‘Ulama and Madaaris who are responsible for running Masaajid throughout the planet,MaaShaaAllaah.
All Ahl-us-Sunnah who happen to read these Ahaadeeth of Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam would InshaaAllaah be immune to Ahl-ul-Bid’ah as well as Murtads.
The followers of a Mutanabbi(any claimant of Prophethood after Nabi Muhammad sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam) are not considered Ahl-ul-Bid’ah(Who deviate from Sunnah) but Murtads(Apostates of Islam).
You should memorize the above Ahaadeeth of Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam as well as the Du’aa, so should all Ahl-us-Sunnah readers. One of the Salaf said:Sunnah is like Ark of Nooh ‘alaihis salaam. Who boards it, is saved.Who doesn’t board it is lost.
Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam said:If you hold fast to Kitaab(Book) of Allaah and Sunnah of His Nabi(sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam), you would never go astray.(You would never be among Ad-Daalleen, as we do Du’aa in Soorah Al-Faatihah, because both words(one in the above Hadeeth of Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam and the other in Soorah Al-Faatihah) have the same grammatical root).
It is interesting that none among the Ahl-ul-Bid’ah and Murtads who claim to be Muslims would ever disagree in theory to the words Sunnah and Salaf. He or she only would try to exploit(and even himself or herself is being exploited) due to Jahaalah(Ignorance) about Arabic, Sunnah and Salaf.Only solution is ‘Ilm of Arabic, Sunnah and Salaf and Du’aa of Hidaayah.

Part 3
I would say May Allaah reward my mother who was influential in my learning of Qur’aanic Arabic. After all, Jannah lies beneath the feet of mother. The Imaam of the Masjid back in our village has departed Dunyaa(has died).I would be participating in his Salaat-ul-Janaazah.So, I will look forward to a post about Qabr,Munkar Nakeer,Salaat-ul-Janaazah, if possible.Munkar Nakeer(Two Angels) ask three questions in Qabr.Man Rabbuka(Who is your Rabb/Lord?)Maa Deenuka(What is your Deen/Religion?)Man Nabiyyuka(Who is your Nabi/Prophet?)
There is a Du’aa:Radeetu bi(A)llaahi Rabban(I am pleased to Allaah as my Rabb)wabilIslaami Deenan(I am pleased with Islam as my Deen)wabiMuhammadin sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallama Rasoola(n)a(I am pleased with Muhammad sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam as my Nabi)I had asked many Qadianis a question, what answer would you give in Qabr(Grave) when asked Man Nabiyyuka?

I have only received evasive responses, because Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam  never told about any person BECOMING Nabi after Him.

Henna~Mehndi

What is Henna? What are Mehndi, Mehandi and all those other words?
Henna is the Arabic name of a bush of the botanical name, lawsonia inermis. Leaves are harvested from this bush, dried and powdered to make henna powder. The paste made from this powder, used to dye the skin, is henna paste. The pattern on the skin resulting from the application of henna paste is called a henna. If you have henna patterns on you, you have been "hennaed". Since many countries from the Atlantic coast of Africa to Malaysia use henna, there are many other words for both the bush and the adornment; though in every country, the plant and the skin pattern are known by the same name. In India, there are several words for the plant and the art, because there are many languages and dialects in India. Since the words in these languages were not originally written in a Roman alphabet, there is a great deal of difference in translation of the word from those languages to English. Mehandi is the translation favored by several companies who publish henna pattern books in Delhi and Mumbai. Mehndi is a translation favored in Hindi. There are over 20 variations of the word for the henna plant and art that have been used in publication...all are equally correct.
I'm sure many muslim women from different parts of the world know how to make beautiful henna designs and how to prepare actual Henna.Mostly Henna is used on certain occasions and celebrations ,or sometimes just to beautify yourself for your husband .
Henna is the oldest tradition , used by women centuries and centuries back.

Jazakallah for viewing ;-)

Want Eternal Beauty ? (A MUST READ FOR ALL WOMEN)

Once a Flower met a Pearl.

Flower: "Our family is large ; Roses & Daisies are members of the family. There are many of us having distinctive scent, appearance etc. Suddenly, while speaking a tinge of distress appeared on the flower.

Pearl: "Nothing for sorrow in your talk, then why are you suddenly depressed?"
Flower: "Humans deal with us carelessly ; they do not grow us for our sake but to get pleasure from our fragrance & our beautiful appearance,& then they throw us on the street/in the garbage after using us. Also, our beauty does not last long, it withers away soon. The flower sighed and said : "Tell me about your life. How do you feel? You are buried at the bottom of the sea, yet you seem to happy & at peace with yourself, ever-shining!!!"

Pearl: "Although I have none of your distinctive colors & scents, humans think I'm precious. They do the impossible to procure me.I live in a thick shell that protects my beauty deep down in the dark seas. However, I'm happy & proud to be in this safe zone far from wanton & mischievous hands & still the humans consider me highly valuable."

Think what the Flower n the Pearl symbolize!!!

The Flower is the unveiled woman (who shows her charms to strange men)
&
The Pearl is the veiled woman (who conceals her beauty out of wisdom)

Precious gems are always hard to get!! Not easily available for all to see!!!! :)

Sisters in Islam, wake up!! You are not like the other women, you are unique, precious & valuable. Conceal your beauty & Allah (swt) will enhance it for you inside-out insha'Allah! Have we forgotten that our eternal home is Paradise? Any woman who dresses in skimpy clothes attracts attention- does that mean she is "beautiful" ?? Or has she just decked up to look "attractive" for wanton display?? Dear sisters in Islam, keep your charms for the Mahrams in your family & not for any Tom, Dick & Harry on the street!
Let the ignorant have their fake glory in this world- you will have it for eternity insha'Allah. Don't doubt Allah's promises. This life is indeed a test for the Hereafter & every soul shall be paid for what it earned.

Know that the Hijab will always reign supreme and  "the true man" (i.e. the Muslim man), will forever be dazzled by the beauty of the Muhajjabah (woman who wears the Hijab).

Some Words of Wisdom:  Have you ever observed the faces of some very Pious people? They have a special NOOR/GLOW/LIGHT on their faces. Is that what you want sisters? Or an artificial caked look full of makeup? And "skin show" just for attention without any elegance? Noor comes only with a certain level of piety & constant obedience to Allah (swt) & to be honest, that is true beauty along with grace. Lets strive to gain that closeness to ALLAH & reach that level, you have nothing to lose. Beauty in this life & the next!!

Hayaa(shyness) is what proceeds from Iman (belief).

"Al-Hayaa (modesty & bashfulness) is from Imaan (belief) and Imaan is in Al-Jannah (the Paradise)." (At-Tirmidhi - Saheeh)

"Hayaa (modesty and bashfulness) and Imaan (belief) are fully associated together, if one is lifted the other follows suit." (Narrated by ‘Abd Allah bin ‘Umar; related by Al-Haakim in his "Mustadrak")

Prove your Iman with actions, not just lip-service.

“The Power of Imaan is such that once it fills the heart of a true believer, it is impossible to be removed.” (Sahih Bukhari)

My dear sisters in Islam, know that these women who beautify themselves for the world to see possess no Hayaa; thus, they are void of any Iman(belief). Instead of looking to the latest fashion models for guidance, you, my dear sisters, must look to the righteous/beautiful women of Islam, the women from the families of our beloved Prophets (peace be upon them all). They are gonna be the ROYAL CROWD in the life to come (Hereafter). So do you wish for their company? Or the company of the people of the Fire?

It is quite difficult for some of you to go out wearing Hijab in a society that mocks and torments you.  I know that you, indeed, feel strange and out of place.  However, if you knew the status of those who are mocked by the Kuffar (disbelievers) as well as the status of the strangers, you will continue to wear your Hijab with confidence & pride.

Allah (SWT) says in His Book:

"Verily! (During the worldly life) those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.  And whenever they passed by them, used to wink one to another (in mockery);  And when they returned to their own people, they would return jesting;  and when they saw them, they said: ‘Verily! These have indeed gone astray!’  But they (disbelievers, sinners) had not been sent as watchers over them (the believers).  But on this Day (the Day of Resurrection) those who believe will laugh at the disbelievers.  On (high) thrones, looking (at all things).  Are not the disbelievers paid (fully) for what they used to do?"     (Surah Al-Mutaffifin 83:29-36)

Allah’s (SWT) words should serve as a support for you my dear sisters. Also, take comfort in being a stranger among these lewd and sinful women. Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said:

"Islam began as something strange, and it would revert to its (old position) of being strange, so good tidings for the strangers." (Narrated by Abu Huraira and Reported Sahih Muslim)

The women of the kuffaar (disbelievers) , they only have this life to enjoy while the believing women will have Al-Jannah (Paradise). There is nothing in your Hijab whatsoever to be ashamed of as it is the garment of the righteous and pious female slaves of Allah (SWT).  In order to truly show you how "low ranking" those women are in the eyes of Allah (swt) who make As-Sufoor and At-Tabarooj (wanton display of beauty), let us ponder over the following statement of Allah’s Messenger (SAW):

"Of the people of Hell there are two types whom I have never seen, the one possessing whips like the tail of an Ox and they flog people with them. The second one, women who would be naked in spite of their being dressed, who are seduced (to wrong paths) and seduce others. Their hair is high like the humps (of camels). These women will not get into Al-Jannah (the Paradise) and they will not even get to smell it's fragrance , although its fragrance can be perceived from such and such a distance." (Sahih Muslim)

Sisters in Islam, these women who practice At-Tabarooj (wanton display of beauty) are common among us today. These are women that even the Prophet (pbuh) did not see! Look around you and you will see those women who are clothed but yet naked!  Look at the hair styles of the women who practice At-Tabarooj - are they not high like the camel’s hump? (Miss world etc??) My dear sister, perhaps we are the first generation since the time of the Prophet Adam (AS) to witness such women.  If one ponders over photos taken thirty to forty years ago, one will see that the women of the Kuffar did not make At-Tabarooj as their offspring do today. These are women who will be in the Hell Fire, unless Allah (SWT) guides them to Islam!  Thus, how can you envy them?  My brothers, how can you desire them over your creature of Hayaa? These women will not even smell the fragrance of Paradise. This Hadith also shows us that what the Prophet (SAW) came with (i.e. the Qur’an and the Sunnah) is the Haqq (truth)!  This is a prophecy that has come to pass in front of our very eyes.

So where does wisdom lie? Do you want to be with the misguided women/the people of the Fire/disbelievers in the Hereafter for eternity ? Or with the honoured Queens of Islam in peaks of Paradise? You decide!! Peace & Tranquility in life comes only from obedience to Allah (swt) orelse you too will be wandering blindly to & fro, running after the Duniya like the kuffaar & get nothing out of it except that which was destined for you!!

{Note: Hijab is FARDH (obligatory/compulsory). NOT SUNNAH OR OPTIONAL. It is a command given by Allah (swt) in the Qur'an.}

Know that there is a deep Wisdom behind every command of Allah (swt)!
